- Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
If a plugin or theme is not functioning properly and we are unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days, we will offer a refund or replace it with another product. To assist us in troubleshooting, please provide a short video or screenshot of the error. We can also help by accessing your system via TeamViewer or AnyDesk if needed. - Non-Refundable Situations
- If the plugin or theme is working as intended, or if the issue is due to user setup or preference, no refund or replacement will be provided.
- Refunds are not available if the product has been used for over six months, though we can offer a replacement if issues arise.
- Digital Media Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all payments at GPLTop are generally non-refundable. However, if we cannot resolve a legitimate issue with the product, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement. - Downtime and Access
While we strive to maintain 24/7 access to our website, occasional downtime may occur, potentially affecting services. - Theme or Plugin Change Timeframe
Changes to themes or plugins can take between 48 to 72 hours. - Account Suspension
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension without prior notification.
