    If a plugin or theme is not functioning properly and we are unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days, we will offer a refund or replace it with another product. To assist us in troubleshooting, please provide a short video or screenshot of the error. We can also help by accessing your system via TeamViewer or AnyDesk if needed.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations
  • If the plugin or theme is working as intended, or if the issue is due to user setup or preference, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • Refunds are not available if the product has been used for over six months, though we can offer a replacement if issues arise.
  1. Digital Media Policy
    Due to the nature of digital downloads, all payments at GPLTop are generally non-refundable. However, if we cannot resolve a legitimate issue with the product, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement.
  2. Downtime and Access
    While we strive to maintain 24/7 access to our website, occasional downtime may occur, potentially affecting services.
  3. Theme or Plugin Change Timeframe
    Changes to themes or plugins can take between 48 to 72 hours.
  4. Account Suspension
    Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension without prior notification.
